Below is information regarding basic shipping and delivery.  Please email us at info@ImportHouston.com with further questions or concerns.

All domestic small items under 100 lbs and within the size restrictions are shipped via Federal Express Ground service unless otherwise requested by customers. All shipments are insured and normally take between 3 and 5 days to arrive at their destination after being shipped in accordance with out shipping schedule. All packages shipped via FedEx are completely traceable vie FedEx.com. All international shipments are sent via USPS Express service.

All large pieces of furniture are carefully crated and shipped via Forward Air, Inc., an airport to airport trucking company providing fast and safe transport or our items at far below the competition. Forward Air provides scheduled surface transportation through an expansive network of 75 terminals located on or near major airports in the United States and Canada making them "North America's Most Complete Road Feeder Network".  Please view map below to determine the terminal closest to your destination.

Forward Air is not door to door service and items must be picked up at major airports. Door to door service can be provided by Forward Air local delivery partners and arranged courtesy of ImportHouston.com Fine Mahogany Furniture.

While most items are shipped within a few days, we ask that you allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of items. SEE SHIPPING SCHEDULE BELOW.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
Although very rare, at times items may be damaged during shipping.  We require that all orders be thoroughly inspected prior to signing any paperwork accepting shipment.  Insurance is purchased for all shipments through the freight carrier for the full price paid.  Signing for a damaged shipment forfeits any chance of filing a claim and securing reimbursement.  ImportHouston.com does not accept any liability in regards to shipping damage.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We carefully package and ship items twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month.  To be included in each shipment, your purchase must be in stock and payment completed and cleared 5 days prior to ship date.
